How can I get a ride?
Just download the Uride app, click “book now” followed by “request car”!
Can I reserve a ride in advance?
Yes, you can! Just select “book later” to reserve your ride.
Can I tip my driver?
Yes you’re able to tip through the app, or with a cash tip. Just inform the driver you’d like to tip them at the end of you trip,and they’ll add it to your bill.
My screen says “dispatching”. Is this normal??
Totally normal. This just means it’s a little busier than usual, and we’re waiting for a driver to free up so we can send them your way! Just hang tight, and you’ll get a notification when a driver accepts your trip.
When do you operate?
We operate 24/7, 365 days a year.
Do you give receipts?
Yes, we do! Receipts are always accessible via the app. We’ll also email you a receipt after your trip. Tax is included in the total fare on your receipt.
Can I rate my driver?
Absolutely! You’ll be prompted to rate your driver at the end of your trip.
